1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of isvmr.org and to memberships, journal subscriptions and practitioner directory listings provided by The International Society of Vibrational Medicine & Radionics Limited (“ISVMR”, “we”, “us”), company number 17414652, registered office 17 Anvil Crescent, Broadstone, England, BH18 9DX. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

2. Information on this website

The content on this website is provided for general information and education. Vibrational medicine and radionics are complementary approaches. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and it does not replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor about any health concern.

3. Membership

• Membership is open to applicants who meet the requirements of the chosen level. We may ask for supporting information, such as proof of enrolment for Student membership, and we may decline an application.
• Membership runs for twelve months from the date your payment is confirmed. Fees are shown on our Membership page and may change on renewal; we will tell you before any change applies to you.
• The Founding Member offer gives 20% off the first year of membership to members who join before 31 March 2027, and the permanent title of Founding Member. It cannot be combined with other offers.
• Fellowship is by invitation of the Society.
• Members are expected to act honestly, ethically and respectfully, and must not present their membership as a medical qualification. We may suspend or end a membership if these terms are seriously breached.

4. Journal subscriptions

• Seven Rays is published four times a year. Subscriptions are available in digital or print and run for four issues from the date your payment is confirmed.
• Prices are shown on our Subscribe to the Journal page. Print subscriptions outside the United Kingdom are charged at the UK price plus postage at cost, confirmed before payment.
• Publication dates may occasionally change. If an issue is significantly delayed or cannot be published, we will extend your subscription or refund the unused part.

5. Payment

After you apply, we will send you payment details. Your membership or subscription begins once payment is confirmed. All prices are in pounds sterling.

6. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you may cancel a new membership or subscription within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund. If you have already received a digital issue during that period, you agree that the right to cancel ends once you have accessed it. After 14 days, fees are not refundable except where required by law. To cancel, email info@isvmr.org.

7. Practitioner directory

Directory listings are available to members and are published with your consent. You are responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date, and that you hold appropriate qualifications and insurance for your practice. A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement of any practitioner or treatment by ISVMR. We may remove a listing at any time, and you may ask us to remove yours.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website and of Seven Rays, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to ISVMR or its authors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print content for your personal use, but you may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission. Authors retain the rights set out in their agreement with the journal.

9. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites, including those of our partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Our liability

We take care to keep our website and publications accurate, but we cannot guarantee that they are complete or error-free. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on our website or in our publications, or from treatment provided by any practitioner. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with the date it was updated.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
